Used Tektronix P6022 Oscilloscope Current Probe

The Tektronix P6022 is an AC‑only current probe with 50‑turn design, designed for oscilloscope AC current measurement. It provides two sensitivity options: 1 mA/mV and 10 mA/mV, with frequency bandwidth from 8.5 kHz to 935 kHz, and rise time 18 μs / 170 μs. Equipped with standard BNC interface, easy to connect with oscilloscopes for non‑intrusive AC current testing in power circuits, switching power supplies and electronic devices.
