It combines a high-resolution DMM and a 1.8 MS/s isolated digitizer in one module, delivering precise and fast measurements. Features 6.5-digit (10–23-bit) resolution, ±300 VDC/300 Vrms max voltage, and 1 A max current. Supports 2-wire/4-wire resistance up to 100 MΩ, frequency/period (15 Hz–500 kHz), diode test, and basic L/C (inductance/capacitance) measurements. The isolated digitizer mode provides ±300 V high-voltage isolation and 1.8 MS/s waveform sampling for transient capture.
