It provides 196-channel 1-wire (196×1) multiplexer configuration with 99 electromechanical latching relays, ideal for high-channel-count automated test systems. Features 100 VDC/VAC maximum switching voltage, 1 A per-channel current, and 60 W switching power. Offers 140 cycles/s scan rate, 20 MHz bandwidth, and onboard relay counting for monitoring. Equipped with a 200-pos LFH matrix connector and compatible with PXI hybrid slots and NI-SWITCH drivers. Fully inspected, calibrated, and ready for deployment.
