Bandwidth DC to 1 GHz; rise time <350 ps. High common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR >19 dB @ 500 MHz, 13 dB @ 1 GHz) for accurate differential signal measurements. Features low noise, low input capacitance (<0.85 pF between inputs), and 1 MΩ input resistance per side to ground, minimizing circuit loading. 1:1 attenuation; user-selectable offset; external attenuators (÷10, ÷20) and AC coupling adapter available. AutoProbe interface compatible for automatic setup and power. ESD-resistant, compact, rugged design.
