Agilent Keysight N5442A Precision BNC 50 Ω Adapter for AutoProbe Scopes

Fully tested & working Agilent/Keysight N5442A precision BNC 50Ω adapter. It converts AutoProbe I (50Ω) to AutoProbe II (50Ω) interface, enabling compatibility between older InfiniiMax I/II/1156A‑58A active probes (or 50Ω BNC cables) and newer Infiniium oscilloscopes with AutoProbe II ports. Compatible scopes include UXR (13–33 GHz), Z, V, 90000 Q/X‑series. Ideal for lab upgrade/reuse of existing probes. Fully calibrated, inspected, excellent working condition.
