The Keysight / HP / Agilent 53132A is a high-performance universal frequency counter/timer delivering 12 digits/second resolution and 150 ps time interval resolution. It features two 225 MHz input channels plus an optional 3 GHz RF channel (Option 050) for wide-range signal measurement. Capable of measuring frequency, period, time interval, rise/fall time, phase, duty cycle, pulse width, and totalize. Equipped with GPIB interface and IntuiLink software for remote control and data logging. Ideal for RF testing, digital circuit design, communication systems, and precision time/frequency measurement applications.
