Tektronix 80C02 CR High Performance telecom optical sampling module

The integrated clock recovery (CR) extracts the clock directly from a 9.953 Gb/s optical signal without needing an external module, making eye diagram/jitter testing more stable. High-bandwidth, low-noise 30 GHz optical bandwidth optimizes O/E conversion, with noise as low as 6 µW (typical), ideal for high-precision eye diagrams and extinction ratio (ER) measurements. ER calibration (Extinction Ratio) is factory-calibrated, greatly improving measurement repeatability and portability, meeting telecom compliance testing requirements. Plug-and-play TekVPI interface, auto-detection and configuration by the host, supports hot-swapping.
